Diet Phases

Days 1 & 2

Start oral, sublingual hCG drops and begin high fat, high calorie diet. This is an essential step in resetting the body's fat regulating system.

Days 3-20 (or 40)

Continue hCG drops that are now triggering the body to release stored fat as "food" for the body and supplement with the low calorie diet. The burned fat is providing a constant flow of fuel so you won't feel hungry as pounds & inches melt away.

Days 21-23 (or 41-43)

Stop hCG drops. Continue hCG VLCD (500 calorie diet) for 3 days following the last day of HCG, this allows the body to cleanse itself of HCG wile still losing weight.

Maintenance Phase

The body's fat regulation system is now adjusted. Slowly increase caloric intake, while stabilizing your new weight.

 

 
Breakdown for easy understanding:
  • Read Dr. Simeons manuscript, Pounds and Inches. 
  • The original diet calls for 10-15 drops of hCG 3 times a day, and the instructions on your bottle will also read this. However; studies have shown that 6 drops 6 times per day is more effective. This allows the hCG to be more constant in your system. If you are taking pellets, you should take 4 pellets under the tongue 3 times per day. Homeopathics work on frequency of dose, not amount of dose.
  • Here is how to administer the drops for best absorption: While looking in the mirror, place 6 drops under your tongue and let them sit for 15 seconds before swallowing. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes prior to taking the drops, and 15 minutes after taking the drops. 
  • I have posted the “diet protocol” separately. It can be found on the navigation list. This is what you will eat for the duration of the program.
  • Days 1 and 2- Start taking your drops and eat everything and anything! The more fat, the better.
  • Continue the drops for a minimum of 23 days. Do not take the drops for more than 40 days or the loss of more than 34lbs in one round of the hCG diet. You should take a 6 week break (this is called maintenance, phase 3) between rounds.
  • Continue the 500 calorie diet for 72 hours after your last dose of hCG. This is how long it will take for the hCG to be eliminated from your system.
  • For 3 weeks after your last dose of hCG, follow "phase 3 protocol."  Weight must not vary more than 2 pounds over/under your weight on the last day of dosing.
  • After 3 weeks, very gradually add sugar and starch in small quantaties, always controlled by morning weighing. Add until weight remains stable.

    *You must follow Dr. Simeons diet protocol. If you do not follow the protocol as described in Dr. Simeons manuscript, Pounds and Inches (including the 500 calorie diet and other stipulations such as no lotion, no oil-based make-up, etc.), you may stall or gain weight.
