My Journey.
I am not a medical professional. I am just a woman who believes in the hCG diet. I’ve had wonderful success and have helped countless family, friends, and others achieve success. I gained 60lbs during my pregnancy and my body simply refused to get rid of it after birth. I tried every diet out there, including diet pills. I exercised every day, and it did nothing for me. I was definately skeptical about the hCG diet, but I figured.. what do I have to lose besides unhealthy weight? So, I did it. I thought it was too good to be true. 43 days later I was 20lbs lighter, 18 inches slimmer, and wearing a size 2 rather than a size 10! My body fat went from an "obese" 34% to a "healthy" 24%. I'm definately a believer now that this hCG diet WORKS! Of course, the hCG diet is not a quick fix. It is a plan to makeover your entire way of life. It is easy to follow, but by no means is this diet easy. It takes 100% commitment. I am glad that I made this change in my life. I now have the most energy I have ever had. I eat healthier. I feel GREAT. The best part, I have not gained even an ounce of weight back after finishing the diet.
I started sharing this diet with family and friends because it changed my life. Now, I would like to share this wealth of knowledge with everyone struggling with that extra weight. I think that everyone should have the opportunity to take control, reclaim their health, make lifestyle changes, and be able to afford it.
